HOLISTIQUE GENERAL SCHEDULING AND PAYMENT POLICY:

To cancel or reschedule a service appointment, a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice is required. Notice must be given directly to your provider or to Holistique at (719) 204-4736 or info@holistiquebydesign.com. Service payment is taken at scheduling. 

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged in full. This charge will be automatically applied to your primary billing method. Refunds are only available for cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice.

Please review the details for individual services, as some may require a deposit or have longer cancellation notice periods.

Holistique Partners may have their own cancellation, rescheduling, payment and refund policies.
